To share the electronic load sensing.
Failure/Problem
All actuators speed slow than normal.

Symptom

Error code does not detect. Pump control pressure sensor feedback is 2V at key on (zero volt condition).

History

Like problem occurs this machine recently. Mechanic dismount the main pump, problem was ok.

Cause & analysis

Main controller detect signal from pilot pressure sensor and pump delivery pressure sensors. It calculated
target swash angle. Machine energize proportional sol; valve of pump control spool to drive servo piston.
Actual swash angle is detected from regulator pressure sensor. Regulator pressure sensor signal line is
contacted with 5V line by water in socket. So, feed back voltage is 2V. So, machine detect the actual swash
is 2V amount at 0V condition. So, pump flow is minimum.

Action

We repaired it problem is ok.
