To share the knowledge about concern with engine hunting.

Failure/Problem

Engine hunting

Symptom

Engine was hunting until shutdown when operating hour is about 30 minutes.

History

For this problem, they changed supply pump and injectors. (was not OK).

Cause & analysis

We tested the machine, engine was hunting and shut down after testing about 30 minutes. Two errors
appear 1080-2 and 10011-2. Rail pressure sensor supply low voltage and barometric pressure sensor low
voltage. We check wiring, engine wire harness is abnormal(shield ground wire and power supply wire is
short circuit). We repaired it and test run was OK.

Action

This problem may be sometime for product weak.
