“Christmas Tree Contest”

Contest Rules and Guidelines:

 Christmas tree should not be less than 6 feet tall, from the base to the top of
the tree.
 The final product should be made in school
 All the decorations must be made of recyclable or reusable materials.
 Avoid using hazardous materials.
 The decorations should hang on the tree, not sit alongside the tree or be held
up by any means other than the tree itself.
 Twinkling bulbs can be added for illumination at night, though would NOT be
part of the criteria for judging.
 The decision of the judges shall be final and irrevocable
 Most importantly…. HAVE FUN!

Recycled Materials Used- 35%
Originality and Uniqueness of the Design- 25%
Creativity, Coherence, and Craftsmanship of the tree- 25%
Overall Appearance- 15%

“Classroom Decoration contest”

 The materials must be recycled or reusable.

 Avoid using pastes and other adhesive materials which can ruin the
classroom’s paint.
 Larger and sturdy decors are preferable.
 Avoid using hazardous materials.
 The decision of the judges shall be final and irrevocable
