proceedings will be initiated against such staff members.

 Before proceeding for new place of posting, the necessary formalities of handing over/taking over should be completed. Concerned staff is to obtain no due
certificate from the present department. The copies of the handing over/taking over and no due certificate should be submitted in the office of the Human Resource
