INTRODUCTION
The goal of this manual is to provide assistance in the custom programming, operations,
and repair of your washer.
The manual is intended for use by engineers and technicians authorized to work on the
washer.
Before performing any work, please carefully read the advice and recommendations
contained herein, which have been written for your benefit.
This manual contains the steps to access to the programming, the common times, the
preprogramming, and the machine test. Access codes are required to enter all levels of
the programming. In order to protect the security of the access codes, they are supplied
in a separate document.

In this chapter, you can modify the wash cycle programming of the machine. The LEVEL 1
/ USER Access code is required.

After accessing the user menu, you must choose READING PROGRAM with
4 / + and 3/ - buttons to read the washing cycle.

After accessing to user menu, you must choose FAULTY CYCLES with 4/ + and
3/ - buttons to read the last 5 faults.

By changing the Ptr value with 4/ + and 3/ - buttons, you can read the N° and the
description of the 5 alarms that occurred most recently. The value “0” shows the
last alarm, the value “-1” shows the alarm before that, etc…
If you press button, you will get additional information about the alarm
occurrence that may assist with troubleshooting.
In addition to being identified by its number (01, 02, 03, etc.), each program cycle
can be given a "NAME" (examples: CHEMISTRY, BACTERIO,
INSTRUMENTS, ANAESTHETIC). A maximum of 16 characters is available.
After accessing to user menu, you must choose NAME OF PROGRAM. with
4 / + and 3/ - buttons to define the name of a washing cycle.

Press button to accept the chosen character and to pass on next space.
If the chosen name has less of 16 characters fill-in empty blanks by pressing
button.
The program name is recorded in memory after the 16th character is entered by
pressing the button.

To quit the user menu, you must, choose END REGLAGE ? with 4/ + and 3/ -
buttons.
Accept with button.
This chapter explains all fault alarms that can occur on the washer.
These alarms stop the operation of the washer. To clear the alarm mode, the washer
must be switched off by pressing the button.

Corrective Action :
CONTACT A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to check the electrical
connection and the condition of the probe.

Corrective Action :
Check that there is no restriction on the emptying line, that the emptying
pump (or the valve) and its pipes are not blocked and that the chamber
filters are not clogged.

Verify that the incoming water temperature does not exceed the
programmed setpoint temperature.

- the electrical connections,
- the condition of heating elements,

No Water Definition :
The washer did not reach the required water level by the end of the normal
filling time defined in the Common Times menu.
Corrective Action :
Check that the water inlet valves are open, that the water inlet pipes are in
good condition and that the water inlet filters are clean.

Corrective Action :
Shut the door and start the cycle again.

Check if you have a leak or if the emptying tube is out of location.

Check the state of the pressurestat.
This chapter provides information to check that your washer operates properly.
Using the LEVEL 2 / TECHNICIAN Access code, you can operate the output relays, verify
input states, and perform calibration of temperature probes.

and 3/ - buttons to test the relay state and the inputs of the electronic card

Particular case :
A value of "1" indicates that the switch is closed and the input is connected to
ground (On). A value of "0" indicates that the switch is open and that the input is
not connected to ground (Off).

The following display gives the total functioning time of the machine and the
number of cycles performed.

After accessing to technician menu, you must select CALIBR. PROBE with 4/ +
The following display enables calibration of the temperature probe of the chamber.
The temperature should be verified against a calibrated standard.
Adjust the value of the offset with 4/ + and 3/ - buttons.
Accept with button.
If the display reads 120°C, the probe is not connected or is faulty.

Using the LEVEL 3 / SUPERVISOR Access code enables adaptation of the configuration
and programming parameters of your washer to meet the requirements of the facility in
which it will be used.

1. MACHINE CONFIGURATION
After accessing the supervisor menu, you must select CONFIG. MACHINE with
4 / + and 3/ - buttons to configure the machine.

Select the machine model : 820 LX, 910 LX, 1300 LX, 1400 LX, 1600 LX, LXA
2000, or LXA 4000.
Select the model with 4/ + and 3/ - buttons. Accept with button.

Validate that the microprocessor recognizes the options installed on the machine.
Choose the applicable options with 4/ + and 3/ - buttons.
Select YES or NO with 1 and 2 buttons (1=yes and 0=no).
When finished, press the button.

* Always 0, because the drying regulation and cooling emptying are managed by
thermostatic plates located on the basin.

If MEMORY OF PROG. is active, the washer will keep in memory the N° of the
last cycle carried out. Otherwise when you switch on the machine, the number
displayed will be 1.
Select Active/Not active with 4/ + and 3/ - buttons.

In this section you can set the Common Times necessary for proper operation of the
machine and define the set point times of the alarms N° 02 and 05.
After accessing to supervisor menu, you must select COMMON TIMES with
4 / + and 3/ - buttons to set the commons times.

4. UPDATE CYCLES
This function is to modify the counter of the number of cycles carried out.
After accessing to supervisor menu, you must choose UPDATE CYCLE with
4 / + and 3/ - buttons to modify the cycle number.

After accessing to supervisor menu, you must choose UPDATE HOURS with
4 / + and 3/ - buttons to modify the hour.

6. THE PREPROGRAMMING
This function enables to reinitialise the memory with the factory settings of the
machine.
After accessing to the supervisor menu, you must choose PREPROGRAMMING
with 4/ + and 3/ - buttons to reset the machine configuration.
