cV - barre 1st 3 strings of 5th fret with 1st finger

CII - barre 2nd fret with 1st finger

Played steadily, it really is much easier than it looks. I might suggest

writing out the chord progression and practice on making those adjustments.
Once you get the rhythm of the fingerpicking down, it is not that difficult
to handle.
