Questionnaire: Online Impact Assessment Survey Guide by MU-CC

Dear Alumni/ Graduates/Trainees of MU/CC,

This is questionnaire guide is developed to generate data from our University’s alumni and would-be
graduates who took trainings on “Employability Skills and Career Development Strategies (ESCDS)”
that MU-CC has been providing for graduating classes every year, since its establishment. The main
objective of this online survey is therefore to assess the overall impact of the consecutive trainings and
adequacy of other career-oriented counseling and guidance services of the Career Center in light of
improving students’ career readiness and job opportunities, and producing more employable graduates.

N.B: You are kindly requested to put “X” in one of the five scales/options/boxes. The numeric value for each scale is:
