Recent market developments had their consequent effect on production inputs and processes. In
addition to increasing inflation rates, we also saw relative increases in raw materials due to global
factors that has a significant impact on our business.

To ensure that we remain equipped in our promised value delivery, having taken these external
factors into consideration, we will apply an upward average price adjustment of 5% across our
product lines effective January 1, 2018. Taking this step, in line with average price adjustments
across industries, will allow us the forward capacity to sustain our top value offerings and to
consistently serve you better. This, we assure you, will be reflected in the total value you will gain
from our continuing and growing business together.
