AGREEMENT (SHORT FORM)

FOR KHUWAJA ANAS

Graphic Artist: KHUWAJA ANAS

Production Company: JS PRODUCTIONS

This Agreement dated July 10, 2020 by and between JS Productions (“Production Company”) and KHUWAJA ANAS
(“Graphic Artist”) for the production of Season 1 (10 Episodes) of an animated series presently entitled THE ASSASSIN
(“The Series”).

1. ENGAGEMENT: Graphic Artist agrees to provide Graphic Artist’s services for the production of Season 1 (10 Episodes)
of The Series.

2. SERVICES & COMPENSATION:

a. Services: Graphic Artist shall furnish the services of a Graphic Artist on a non-exclusive but on a first-
priority basis until completion of The Series. Such services shall include animated character creation and animated
wardrobe for such characters as requested by Production Company and/or the Director of The Series. All of Graphic
Artist’s work pursuant to this Agreement shall be work for hire.

b. Fees: Provided that Graphic Artist is not in default and Graphic Artist has performed all required services
hereunder, Graphic Artist shall be entitled to receive the following for furnishing his services hereunder:

(i) $45.00 USD per main character (2 faces (front and back), 5 body positions, 4-8 full wardrobe outfits);

(ii) $30.00 USD per secondary character (2 faces (front and back), 3 body positions, 2-4 full wardrobe
outfits);

(iii) $20.00 per one-off character (2 faces (front and back), 1-2 body positions and 1-2 full wardrobe
outfits);

3. CREDITS: Provided Graphic Artist is not in material default and Graphic Artist has performed all material services
required hereunder, Graphic Artist will be accorded the following credit on screen and in paid advertising:

(a) The following credits shall be accorded to KHUWAJA ANAS: “Graphic Artist - Characters and Wardrobe”. Said
credits shall appear separately, but may appear on a shared card on screen after completion of each episode of
Season 1 of The Series, in first position among all credited as “Graphic - Characters & Wardrobe”. Such credits shall
also appear in all episodes of all future seasons of The Series in which the artwork created by Graphic Artist appear.

4. LONG-FORM EXECUTED. The balance of the terms shall be the customary terms and conditions of agreements in the
animation industry for the engagement of a graphic artist, subject only to those changes therein as may be mutually
agreed on in writing after good faith negotiation. Wherefore this Deal Memo is executed as of the date first written above.
