    Reference is made to the abovementioned Tender Notice dated 03 July 2020

    2. Pursuant to Clause 8 of Section I – Instruction to Bidders (ITB), please find hereunder


    clarification NO 1 to the aforesaid Bidding Document.

    Query 1. Have EIA license been granted for the project? If yes can you provide the Terms
    and conditions attached to the license?

    Reply 1. EIA clearance has already been granted for the project. Refer to Appendix A to
    section 1 of the Specification.

    Query 2. Bill Item 3. 1. 4, can you please confirm the thickness of 20/31.5 aggregate fill on
    the future road strip as the unit mentioned square metre.

    Reply 2. Refer to Drawing M190/PR/FT/13. The aggregate fill shall be 100 mm thick.
