WAIVER

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, ABNER FRITZGERALD C. VICTORIA, AILEEN C. VICTORIA, JEAN ABIGAIL C. VICTORIA

and JAYNEE-ANN C. VICTORIA, all Filipinos, all of legal age, all single, all with address at 27
Espiritu Street, Marulas, Valenzuela City, do hereby jointly waive our rights over the ownership
of RAIGI BAKESHOP & SARI-SARI STORE, registered in the name of Abraham D. Victoria (who
died last June 1, 2009), located at 27 Espiritu Street, Marulas, Valenzuela City. That we
relinquish all our rights as heirs in the said business in favor of JULIETA C. VICTORIA, widow of
Abraham D. Victoria, to change the registration of ownership under her name, as new owner.
