URBAN CLUB HOUSE


Design Brief
Trichy is developing as one of the major business city in Tamil Nadu.

The recent smart city status to Trichy makes the city a preferable choice for traders, manufacturers,
entrepreneurs and other investors and the city is preparing itself to accommodate these various groups
of visitors thronging the city daily.

Keeping this in mind a proposal for a club house with business class comforts is being planned to
accommodate the business people who will cater their luxury & recreational needs in a sustainable
environment.

The program of the club house aims to cater to the need of the entire family’s health, entertainment
and well being. Is must the place in the city where people meet, play, eat and networking with the like
minded folks. The ambience of the club house must be soothing and integrated with the nature and
context.

Sports area can be accessed by the members of the club on a daily basis and suitable integrated with
the rest of the facility.

Green building concept:

The intent of the design should focus on green building concept right from site plan level to building
plans integrating climate, energy conservation, material conservation, water conservation, user
comforts, etc,.

The club house may have the following requirements.
