1. Sketch the part profile on the Front This sectioned view shows the internal
Plane and use Revolved Boss/Base to detail of the part.

Do not forget to use a centre line and to
dimension diameters NOT radii / radial
distances.
The hole through the centre can be
created as part of the revolve meaning
that this part can be created with a single
sketch + feature.
It would also be possible to create the
basic revolve shape, including the thru
hole, then use Fillet and Chamfer
Featrures to creat the internal chamfer
and fillet at the end of the small end.
