Auction Manager for Bidders

Synopsis:

Auction manager application is for users who want to manage their auction in unique way
where they will receive notifications, reminder sms or reminder mails for further actions
which save their time.

Obective:

The Objective is to develop a user-friendly auctioning site where any kind of product can be
auctioned and provide value-added services. The products will be authenticated and the site
provides a safe environment for online users:

Features:

 Any Device, Anytime: A web browser and an internet connection is enough to access
this software. It is compatible with any OS and displays like mobile, pc and tablets
 Safe and Secure: It provides multilevel security for the information. With your own
private dashboard, you are able to securely login from any internet enabled device to
check up on and tend to your auction on the go.
 Backup and Restore: Easy backup of stored information and fast restoration.

Module Description: As of now after understanding requirements we are keeping only sign
in option for this web application for security purpose where users can only be created using
admin panel. In this case one cannot go to sign up page and create him own account.

After sign in, user will see dashboard which shows him summary as mentioned in below list

- Total Auction Applied this month

- Total Auction Won this month
- Total Products of the month
- Total Money spend this month
- Total Auction Applied last month
- Total Products bought last month
- Money Spent last month
- Etc
If user clicks any of the option on dashboard he can redirect to page where he can check the
result in the list format.

- Change password
- Change name, email address, phone number

Auction Website / Company

- Add/Modify Name of the auction company or website

- First contact person
- Contact number and email
- Billing and shipping address

Add new Auction

- Add details as per requirements

- It will display in calendar view
- We will provide option to enter all required data in the application with Edit and
Delete option (We will add some basic parameters to start application for now) we
will keep modifying it as required.
- Every dated events added in application can be notified as sms and email to users for
reminding.

Shipping

- List of products which are in shipping phase

- Delivered product list
- In transit product list
- Pending product list

Locations (It will be a manual and mandatory entry for every user to add atleast one
warehouse right?)

- Add Location of warehouses or other destination

- Edit Location details
- While adding auction details, pre defined location can be selected
 - Locations can be selected while entering the shipment details.

Report Generation:

- Total purchase report (Daily/Month/Year)

- Total Auction attended (Daily/Month/Year)
- Total Auction win (Daily/Month/Year)
- Total Expenditure on shipping charges (Daily/Month/Year)
- Total win items delivered (Daily/Month/Year)
- Total win items pending delivery’s (Daily/Month/Year)

Conclusion:

The software that will be developed will be more sophisticated and easy to use. Any person
with a limited knowledge of using internet and technology will be able to use this system. As
latest technology and software are proposed, it is easy to update it according to the new
technological advancements and when the need arises.
