Greetings!

I am Ryan Deo S. Balalio, 18, a resident of Dampig, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte and an incoming college
freshman student.

I have seen the post at the Facebook page of Sirib Express regarding the Sirib Youth Leaders’ Scholarship
that you are offering and I am very interested to apply in the said program.

I have always abeen an active student during my senior and junior high school days. I am also a person
with good moral character. Since, being a college student is not that easy especially when it comes to
expenses and in this time of pandemic, my family’s budget was not enough for us to be able to save for
my future education. So, I am hoping that I will be able to get through with my studies through the help of
this scholarship grant.

I know that there are numerous applications that you had received but I hope that you will have time to
take a look at my application.

I am looking forward and very much eager to further discuss my qualifications for this opportunity.
