WEAKNESSES:

 Some variants did not do well in the market.
 Stock out problems.

OPPORTUNITIES:

 Soap industry is growing 4% in India.


 Beauty segment CAGR is very high.
 Retentive strategy is required.
 Liquid body wash is in the growing stage.

THREATS:

 New entrants/local competitors/MNCs would increase the competitions.


 High internal competition.
 Excessive dependence on beauty segment makes Lux susceptible to changing customer
tastes.
 Technological change makes the existing products obsolete.
