Sir why don’t all our mcgm Dept are not getting online as pco payment and sewerage Dept and
water Dept
We don’t have many pre dcr software to run every time architect has to wait for their time to come
in Building proposal lot of issues in R and P Ward

I have already made payment of water charges. the system are so worst the effect of payment is still
pending since 7 days in R north
When will Estate Dept ( known as Improvement Trust of MCGM) inititate and implement EODB ?
Why Estate Dept is not implementing EODB since 6 years ? Who are they answerable to ?
When will the Estate Department of MCGM implement EODB ? Getting approvals is very tedious
there and since last 6 years we have given so many representations for EODB, but still there is
progress.
In Mumbai city majority of projects are under DPCR 33(7) wherein we need to NOC from MHADA.
There is no EODB in MHADA. Also the noc's are valid only for one year, wherein they know very well
NO building is constructed in one year. Is revalidating NOC every year EODB
It is also necessary to ease the process of obtaining Environmental Clearance for the building having
BUA between 20000 Sqmtr. and 50000 Sq.mtr. in the Corporation level only
We want our regular proposals be processed as per EoDB time line but its not being followed in all
wards

Sir, lot of reforms are done and are good but no reforms are done for controlling the reasons of
rejections, there is lot of discrepancies in interpretation of DCPR 2034. Further for approving a
particular projects we need to get in contact with more then 10 to 15 departments x atleast 4
officers in each department, so 40 to 60 officers which needs to be reduced .

can all 4 monthly noc like dewatering, pest control be issued for 5 years straight. currently many noc
and permit from ward we are required to obtain every 4 months. OR can CC itself contain all these
permissions ? given such suggestion so many times but no revert. also there is other cost involved
everytime we go for such repeated NOC.
sir why has MCGM not implement EODB in Estate dept inspite of so many representaions by
Architects & Developers.
The entire process of redevelopemnt of estae plots has become very cumbersome & unfeasible.
Mumbai city has maximum concessions to be obtained from MC sir each time, why a std cannot be
made and given power to DyCHE or EE. Until this is not done EODB is not beneifical for us as
developer. Also each EE has his own interpretation and is creating havoc. maybe on world forum all
this works great but in reality no beneift in last 6 years to us real people on the ground. We
appreciate all work being done by MC sir and Sanjay Nirmalji.

spending for each awas - we are architect but we are also actively involve in rotary for low cost
housing for the poorer in village like Wada , Palghar and all

Development of the plot bearing CTS No. 436/1 A to 436/1 E of Village Poisar Reserved for
Parking Lot at Borivali (W) under Accommodation Reservation and to obtain the PRC by
taking mutation entry of the Built-up-area of the amenity in the name of MCGM which is
handed over free of cost.
City survey Goregoan not issuing separate prc regarding this.... pls help. Regards
Pls implement EODB in Estate dept where redevelopment of cessed buildings approx 16000 are
affected and approx 4000 MCGM plots.

Also Sir, There is no Syncing Between Different Building Proposal Offices, Same DCPR 2034 and
Different Interpretations at Zonal Offices. Kindly Look into it as well.
