    SPECIFICATIONS OF ARTERIAL BLOOD GAS AND ELECTROLYTE

    ANALYZER

    (1) It should be able to perform PH, PO2, PCO2, Na+, K, iCa , Hct , glucose &
    lactate in a single inspiration of sample as a measured parameter.
    (2) Should be able to give calculated parameters like HCO3, TCO2, BE, BEect,
    SO2C, tHb, A-aDO2 and RI.
    (3) Should run with multiple test cartridges. Systems should not have separate
    electrodes, sensors, reagents, waste bag etc. All sensors, liquid must be in
    Single cartridge only.
    (4) It should have in built quality management program.
    (5) It should be based on liquid calibration technology without the use of gas
    cylinder.
    (6) It should have a touch screen with sample counter.
    (7) The equipment should have warranty for five years with electrodes, tubing,
    and auto sampler.
    (8) It should be FDA approved and must be enclosed with technical bid.
    (9) It should be supplied with 1 KVA online UPS.
    (10) It should be supplied with 1200 tests as startup kits.
    (11) Reagents cost must be quoted @ 15 test per day with three quality controls for
    two years.
