AUTHORIZATION

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to authorize MARY JANE DALDE, my personal

secretary to do the following acts in my behalf, to wit:

1. Receive/remit sum of money in Palawan Pawnshop;

2. Process/follow up/withdraw/deposit/transact business in Easwest

Bank - Diversion Road Branch;

3. Receive/sign package consigned through Ceres Bus; and

4. Process insurance with the Prudential Guarantee and Assurance,

Inc.

Lastly, to issue receipts if needed, sign paper or document

which may be required by the corresponding office for the purpose
stated above.
