BELOW KNEE COVER ORDERING GUIDE

To fit your patient, you need a smartphone, tape measure,

foot template, stickers, and the CO-LEG App or order form.
You will take 64 photos and 5 measurements .

KEYS TO SUCCESS

• No Shoes or Socks: Remove shoes and socks for all photos

• No Flash, Blur, or Fingers:Take clear photos without flash, blur, and
fingers clear of the lens
• Suspension Sleeve:If patient wears a sleeve, leave it on and tuck the
top into the socket for the prosthesis photos and ensure it is not covering
pylon components
• Position Camera Straight for General Photos:
• For front and back general photos, patient’s feet should be shoulder
width apart, parallel, and equal distance from the camera
• For side general photos, feet should be parallel with the camera, with
heel and toes equal distance from the camera
• For all, camera should be no more than 5 inches above the ground
and perpendicular to the ground

REQUIRED MATERIALS

To order a BK cover, you must have socket stickers

and a foot template provided by CO-LEG.

For the general photos, you need to get extremely low.

No one can be in the background. You must use the foot
template and stickers provided. If the photos are incorrect,
we can not process your order.
