CHURROS

INGREDIENTS
 A cup of wheat flour
 A cup of water
 One egg
 A teaspoon of salt
 A spoonful of vanilla essence
 Sugar
 Cinnamon powder
 oil
 A pastry bag with a fine mouth

PROCESS
1. Pour the water into a pot and put it on the fire, then add
the salt and the vanilla essence and wait for the water to
boil
2. Once the water boils, we lower the flame of the fire, then
we add the flour and mix until everything is integrated and
once that happens we turn off the fire
3. add the egg to the mixture and return to integrate the
dough
4. once the dough is integrated, we add it to the pastry bag
and start to assemble the churros
5. We place the oil to heat and when it is hot enough we add
the churros that we previously assembled, then we leave
them there until they brown
6. once they have cooked, we remove them from the oil and
put them to drain
7. on a plate add the sugar and cinnamon and spread
throughout the plate
8. and finally we add the churros to the plate so that they mix
with the sugar and the cinnamon and to enjoy
