GENERAL INFORAMTION
 Check the notice board regularly for school timings or any important
information/ instructions.

 Check the schedule for Activity Day & Elegant Manners day.
 Observe the “Visiting Hours” strictly to ensure time management.

 Ensure your participation in Parents- Teachers Meeting during 9.00 a.m to


12.00 noon to discuss and appraise the performance of your child.
Schedule will be given by school.

 Please do not disturb the class teachers during academic hours. You may
contact the school management for any problem in visiting hours.

 Please must check and sign the test notebooks of your child on every
weekend.

 “Form B” is compulsory for students of class five appearing in the


Centralized Examinations held by Board of Intermediate & Secondary
Education Rawalpindi.

 See the document named Examination Policy for Session 2018-2019 to


understand pattern of exams.

 All the books and note books should be covered properly as they will be
checked monthly on each month. So the students will join their classes on
Color Friday with their complete school bag.

 All the students have opportunity to participate in competition of Qirrat,


Naat, Speech, etc. on Activity Day. Prepare them to blossom their hidden
talents as well as to enhance their self-confidence.

 All the students will be dressed up in colorful dresses on “The Games Day”
and Color Friday/ Elegant Day.

 No lunches will be received in school time due to security concerns. All


parents are asked to handover lunches to their children in the morning.

POLICY MATTERS
ADMISSION POLICY:
 There are twenty five seats in each class including two special seats for
needy students on concession basis.

 Admission on these two special seats will be finalized after confirmation of


of information given by guardians/parents in the Fee Concession Form.

 Admission on other twenty three seats will be finalized just on merit


through admission test.

 Registration for admissions will start from 1st of February.

TUTION FEE / FINE POLICY:


 Monthly tuition fee is to be paid up to the 10th of each month.

 A fine of Rs.10/= per day will be charged up to the end of that month.
Failure will result in the termination of student’s enrolment.

 A fine of Rs.10/= per absence of student will be charged at the end of the
month. (This fine could be avoided by submitting the leave application in
case of absence.

 In case Fee Card/ Library Card/Result Card will be lost, a fine of Rs.20/= for
each card will be charged for the re-issuance.

 Rs.100/= will be charged for reproduction of Class File.

 Rs.10/= per page will be charged for the reproduction of documents like
date sheet, notes, syllabus, time table etc.

 Remission of fine can be availed on tuition fee only once in session.

FUND POLICY:
 Rs. 300/- per student will be collected for 1st Term and Final Examination as
Examination Fund.

LEAVE POLICY:-
 Application for all types of leave is necessary.

 Medical certificate is necessary for all medical leave.

 Planned leaves for more than five days will only be approved after having
consultation with the principal and the concerned class teacher.

PROMOTION TEST POLICY:


 Rs. 2000/- will be charged if promotion test is conducted during the
session.
 Promotion Test is offered any time during session for subjects of English,
Urdu, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies for Senior Section (Class one
to Class Three) and English, Urdu, and Mathematics for Junior Section
(Class Play Group to Class Prep).
 Students obtaining 60 % marks in Senior Section and & 70 % marks in
Junior Section will qualify for the promotion. However the parents is
responsible to cover the syllabus and have to signed on acknowledgement
(for covering the whole syllabus of next desired class.)
ANNUAL & TERMINAL EXAMINATION POLICY:
 All the students having 40% marks in each particular subject will be
considered successful in terminal and annual exams.

 The enrolment of failure students, in the annual examination, will be


cancelled at the end of the session.

SCHOOL LEAVING POLICY (only for Class One- Five):

 At the start of new session, application for the issuance of school leaving
certificate should be submitted within first three days of the month,
otherwise the monthly tuition fee of that particular month will also be
charged.

 S-L-C will be issued only for those students who complete their academic
year in the school.
 School Leaving Certificate will be issued 2-day after the submission of
application and the clearance of all kinds of pending dues.
CAUTIONS FOR PARENTS
 Respected Parents! We always need your cooperation, involvement and
valuable suggestions for the improvement and provision of the splendid
atmosphere and best facilities for your kids.
 It is fact that our struggles will not be fruitful without your attention in your
kids at home. To make this attention purposeful, please regularize
“Parents- Teachers Meetings”. This will help us to discuss the personal as
well as educational problems of your child and to evaluate the monthly
progress of the student.
 Send your child to school in time and in complete uniform.
 Check the notice board regularly for school timings or any important
instructions.
 Submit application for any type of leave. Otherwise you will have to pay
fine of Rs.10/- per absent. If your child will remain absent for 10
consecutive days without application, his/her name shall be stuck off the
rolls.
 Check your child’s bag before sending him/her to school and complete it
according to the time- table carefully.

 Visiting Hours:

Morning 10: 00 a.m. To 11: 30 a.m.

 Please observe the “Visiting Hours” strictly to ensure the smooth running of
school system.
 During school hours please don’t disturb the class teachers. In case of any
complaint/suggestion, please contact the School Management during
Visitor’s Hours.
EXAMINATION POLICY FOR SESSION 2018-2019
PLAY GROUP:
 Term Examination of Play Group will be held in the month of September
2018.
 Annual Examination of Play Group will be held in the month of September
2019.
 Reading, concept and oral syllabus mentioned in the class file will be
included in their Final Term Examination (Promotion Test).

NURSERY TO CLASS FOUR:


 To minimize the burden of syllabus and to enhance the quality of
education, the management has introduced monthly & term wise
examination system for academic session 2018-2019.
 For this purpose written, reading and oral syllabus of these classes has been
divided in two terms. The syllabus of 1st term will not be included in the
Final Annual Examination 2019.
 By Monthly Exams will be taken in each term. 5 marks of summer vacation
homework 2018 will be added in the 1 st Term and 2nd Term Result will be
merged into the Final Exams. In this way the final annual positions will be
based on the sum of obtained marks of summer vacation homework 2018.
 The written syllabus of Science and Social Studies of previous terms will not
be included in the Annual Examinations (Final Term) of class four.

CLASS FIVE:
Written, reading and oral syllabus of previous terms of this particular class will be
included in the 2nd Term (Pre- Board Exams) & Final Examinations (held by
Centralized Annual Examination Class-V). All students are advised to work real
hard for Pre-Board Exams; the failure will not be allowed to appear in Centralized
Annual Examination Class-V.

Final Result of Session 2018-2019: 2nd Term Result + Final Term Result + 05

Prizes for Excellence in Education
It is the driving force that leads to achieve excellence in every field of life. School,
always acknowledge and motivate the work & performance of our students.

For the active participation of students in curricular and extra curricular activities,
management has planned different awards and gifts.

TERMS & CONDITIONS TO WIN THE PRIZES AND AWARDS

Trophies and Shields for Position Holders:


First three position holders in each class are awarded special gifts for each
terminal exam and a trophy for annual exams. Minimum required percentage to
avail opportunity is 80%.

Prizes for Summer Vacation Home Work:


In the end of “Summer Vacation” the best and complete home work from each
class, submitted within three days after the completion of vacations, will be
considered for the prizes.

Special Prizes :
Students, who prove dedication and commitment by being promoted to the next
classes during the class session, are awarded with special trophies on their
success.

Star Prizes:
Star and excellent stamps are awarded for good and the best class works
respectively. The students having 10 stars or 5 Excellent stamps in any subject are
awarded with the prizes.
Special Prizes for Extra- Curricular Activities
Management also encourages the participation of students in extra curricular and
skill building activities. In addition to educational merits and awards, the
management also offers prizes, awards and gifts for the following events:

Monthly Manners Prizes:


Each day in month has 6 marks for basic manners. 1 for school badge, 1 for
brushing teeth, 1 for polished shoes, 1 for wearing complete and clean uniform
and 1 is for punctuality. The students having 100 % marks at the end of month are
awarded with these prizes.

Sports Prizes:
Competitions are arranged among students of all classes on “GAMES DAY.” All the
students are awarded with these prizes.

Mannered Student of the Session:


Student having 100 % manners record throughout the session are awarded with
superior manner’s award at the end of that session.

ACTIVITY OF PAINTINGS:
The art work submitted for all these competitions will be displayed on “Art Work
Board.”

Best Student of the Session:


The student will be selected at the end of each session. He/ She will be awarded
shields and certificates. His/ Her selection will be based on performance in
education as well as in extra curricular activities.

Best Teacher of the Session:


Class teacher will be selected as the best teacher of the session. Her selection will
be based on her devotion and skills in teaching. She will be awarded with the
special award and certificate.

HONOUR FOR THE BEST PARENTS


Nomination of Special Guests:
Parents from each class will be awarded with the honor of “The Best Parent”.
Reasons for their selection are their involvement, attention and commitment with
the children throughout the academic year. They will be nominated as “Special
Guests” on Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony. These “Special Guests” will be
awarded with shields and they will distribute prizes among the students.
