System Analysis

Introduction
Head space is a Non-Profit Australian government organization which is funded by the
department of Health and Ageing under the guidance of Youth Mental Health Initiative program.
Head space is mainly formed to support young who come under the between 12 and 25. Head
space was initiated on 2006 for concerning the mental health service between young and
adolescents. It is now having 55 headspace centres in Australia which is also scaling up to 100
centres in 2016. The main approach of the head space centres is to provide high accessibility,
user friendly and integrated support to young people between the ages 12 and 25 years in their
mental health.

Positioning

Problem Statement
While providing a system requirement model the possibility to make sure about safety
amendments that come along with it will have a slight consideration over the subject. The needs
also rise on maintaining the confidentiality over the storage can create problem over analysis of
the system requirements that is needed.

Problems
People with mental health intervention always protrude towards finding a solution for their
anxiety and depression problems rather keeping their calmness with everyone they meet. Their
anxiety and depressions will always be in increasing of agitating more and more with the
surrounding. Telling the same sad story to everyone they meet can end up in an emotional
damage along with the health issues. On gathering very little details will end up in an inefficient
remedy to mental illness. The need arise on finding a solution that replace the repetition of story
from the patient side.
The doctors have to rupture each patient to bring out their whole story at every situation and the
patient will also feel discomfort with doctors. This difficult in cooperation will cause damage for
both patient and doctor side. From the doctor side, they may not interfere completely into
patient’s domain, since it includes mental dealings. Maintaining a manual record about patients
all the time will not possible for the health institute staff. While striving for a system help that
should be useful and accessible by patients and staff whoever engaged in it.

Effects and Impacts

Providing a business solution to the NewAccess will be helpful for them to attract more patients
into their domain and will also provide relief to the patients. The patients will be able to record
their whole story without any kind of laggings. They can also be given the priority to edit their
story in the case of provided cloud storage in it.

Solution
Installing the system requirement in the form of cloud storing devices, recording elements, a
platform to perform and control all other operations involving mental health care patients. Every
time the patient intends to tell stories about their ill health, there should be computer system that
manages to record all those details in cloud with the help of some assistance provided to it.

Head Space System

Headspace is a Non-Profit organization who mainly involved in providing the mental health care
for patients who are predominantly between 17 and 25. It manages to help individuals who are
vulnerable to take counseling. Those victims will admit themselves into this nonprofit
organization by saying their entire story to the counselor available in the center. The problem
associated in this case is from the patients who are struggling to get down the story every time to
every individuals of the management.

Orygen
This youth health care centre is providing solutions to people with problems in their mental
health like what Headspace is handling right now. This company is an equal competitor of
Headspace health centre and is involved to provide fairly large solutions based on the health
care.

Stakeholder Summary

Patients
This includes the individuals aging between 17 and 25 who are vulnerable with their mental
illness. These types of stake holders will be satisfied by introducing a new system that manages
the repeated story telling by them.

Headspace professionals
This includes the counselors, psychiatrists, doctors and attendants of the health care centre. They
are the one who is going to hear the entire story told from the patient’s side.

Development Team
They are the ones who implement the system analysis model into the required space by
providing all those necessary things needed.

depressions. Their major feature is to compete with the real time patients by bringing all the
necessities rehabilitation by hearing the complete story from the patient.

Youths who are suffered can be directed to enter their whole details in single platform will help
both management and patients in lot of ways to deal with difficulties that arises and that will be
possible in database management. Prioritizing the patients who need immediate care from the

Categorizing the patients based on their stories will bring a quick solution to the patients and
allocation of required psychologists and professionals needed for particular patient will be done

precautions on dealing with the patients who are involved with the help of the database that is

that they need on sharing it with the common platform. With a futuristic point of view every data

Maintain some sort of standards in the data that is taken for the analysis will always provide a
way to achieve success factor in the treatment with the patients. Data storage will also make
easier the process involved and that will also make involvement of lot of people towards the
development. As a system analyst, the required data should be of complete standards.

Providing the required solution through effective analysis of the system will help and manage
areas associated with it. With the knowledge provided, the complete analysis of all the
requirements can be made without any kind of difficulties.
