SUBJECT: Prechamber Fuel Regulator Bracket and Inlet Fuel Pipe Upgrade kits
MODELS AFFECTED: 12V/16V 275GL/GL+ Engines

Failure to comply with this alert could result in

personal injury or equipment damage. All field
sites should be inspected and, if necessary,
corrected as soon as feasible. Warranty claims
for reimbursement of parts only for this bracket
kit will be accepted through December of 2019
(roughly 18 months from bulletin publish). Please
contact your Authorized Channel Partner for
ordering of the parts.
The purpose of this bulletin is to inform the field
that a potential fuel pipe crack may occur
on12V/16V 275GL/GL+ engines. See Figure 1,
Figure 2 and Figure 3. INNIO Waukesha gas
engines takes a fuel gas leak very seriously and
requires all subject engines to be inspected at Figure 2
the first opportunity.

Two upgrade kits have been released. The
Prechamber Fuel Regulator Bracket Upgrade Kit,
P/N G-962-1223, for an engine that is
experiencing a prechamber fuel pipe crack. The
Inlet Fuel Pipe Upgrade Kit, P/N G-962-1222, for an
engine that is experiencing a fuel inlet pipe
crack.
If a fuel pipe crack is found, the engine is to be
shut down and the proper upgrade kit installed.
As is general good practice:
• Make sure that the engine room ventilation
system is working properly.
• Do not enter the engine room unless
necessary.
• Follow all INNIO Waukesha gas engines and
site-specific safety precautions.
