1. SICK
If the employee is unable to do his job due to illness, the employer is still required to pay his
salary / salary. In Indonesia there is no maximum time for employees to be given sick
permission. Employees who do not come to work due to illness for 2 consecutive days or more
must include a sick certificate from a doctor. without this official statement the employee will be
considered absent and will be counted as annual leave.
If the employee's illness is severe enough that it requires a long time to return to work,
adjustments will be made to the wages received:

1 For the first 4 months paid 100% of wages


2 For the second 4 months paid 75% of wages,
3 For the third 4 months paid 50% of wages,
4 For the following month, 25% of wages are paid prior to termination of employment by the
employer.

2. LEAVE
Based on Law no. 13 of 2003 Article 79 paragraph (2), workers who have worked for a minimum
of 12 months or 1 (one) year in a row are entitled to leave at least 12 days. However, the
company can adjust the conditions of worker's leave based on the Work Agreement, Company
Regulations (PP), or Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) agreed by the company and the worker.

3. OVERTIME
Based on Law no. 13 of 2003 Article 79 paragraph (2), workers who have worked for a minimum
of 12 months or 1 (one) year in a row are entitled to leave at least 12 days. However, the
company can adjust the conditions of worker's leave based on the Work Agreement, Company
Regulations (PP), or Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) agreed by the company and the worker.
