Greetings of blissful day to you!

This letter is purposely written to give to you a formal notice that I, as the recognized and officially
installed Prefect of Discipline in your administration would like to resign in the mentioned post with the
effectivity the time your approval has been conferred.

Moreover, I would like to take this chance also to give thanks for all the moments and associations we
have imbued and shared along the way. It has been a great privilege to work with in one of your
administrative functions and in the like manner, these words are dedicated also to the top management of
the institution who has been a reason also in the course of my appointment being an administrative
officer.

May I inform you that I am very much willing to extend my help in the event that you may need my
assistance in the training of the new officer who will handle this position or tie up any loose ends.

Granting this request is my foremost concern for this decision had been in a lot of thoughts.
