Development Programme
The programme integrates health, education, agriculture and
environmental interventions and involves three NGOs in Ethiopia
and three in Denmark. Part-time assignment based in Copenhagen
(33%). Responsibilities include coordination, planning, facilitation
of programme development and integration, quality control,
liaison with back donor. 3-4 annual visits to programme area in
Ethiopia.

2000 – present Consultant, Director of own company Communication &


Development , with assignments in the fields of communication,
organisational development and church related development work.
1997 – 2000: Deputy General Secretary DanChurchAid.
Responsible for overall strategic planning, organisational
development, policy issues, international institutional

WCC Review of the World Council of Churches’ advocacy work at United
Nations’ level in Geneva and New York. Mapping out expectations,
experiences, options and requirements for WCCs future advocacy
work at the UN.

DCA Malawi Communication and Advocacy Needs Assessment for
church-related development organisations in Malawi, seeking to
enable them to play a stronger role in civil society. The assignment
consisted of stakeholder interviews, facilitation of workshops and
production of recommendations both regarding strategic development
of communication and advocacy tools and regarding organisational
structures

Ibis Ghana Appraisal of Communication Rights Programme in Ghana/West
Africa and design of thematic programme approach for the newly
established regional programme of the Danish NGO Ibis. The
assignment included interviews with local community radio stations
and network, identifying their needs in order to give a voice to their
local audiences

APWLD Review of regional programmes and organisational structure of the
Thailand Asia Pacific Women’s Network on Law and Development, based in
Chiangmai, Thailand. APWLD is a regional network, covering Central
Asia, South Asia, South East Asia and the Pacific. It organises female
lawyers and activists and promotes regional advocacy for womens’
rights and undertakes training for feminist legal action (applying a
strategic feminist perspective on established law and legal practises)
