- HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc. promises to disburse the Balance on the Total Amount of Goods upon return of this Delivery

Customer's Acknowledgement

I received the Goods and/or made arrangements with the Retailer for delivery of the Goods as described above and in the Purchase
Details stated in my Loan Agreement. For Goods that will be delivered by the Retailer to my designated delivery address, I understand
that the loan will start on the date I signed the Loan Agreement, and not on the date of actual delivery and acceptance of the Goods.
