Chinese Training Proposal

Training Target
1.Correction pronunciation, learning more words, grammar and useful conversation for daily
life. Improving daily life expression. Speaking more fluently in Chinese.
2. Learning professional vocabulary, sentence structure and expression way.
3. Master slang, the wording using is more accurate, more native expression.
4. Chinese business culture, etiquette, history and other useful tips and so on. Deeply
understand China and the culture and get into the culture.
Training Process
1. Review the last lesson(Test words and conversation)
2. Study the new vocabulary(explain how to use, make sentence)
3. Study text(Reading after teacher, role-play reading, student translation, repeat, free talk
to practice the similar conversation)
4. Study language points and do some exercise.
5. Chinese Character study if you like.
6. Practice a related topic, hot news,
current affairs.
7. Culture tips, business culture tips,
communicate skills in Chinese…

IPO Method
STAGE 1 INPUT
The input stage is as brief as possible. The trainer introduces new language to the learners,
making the meaning clear and giving examples of use, teaching grammar. Accurate
pronunciation and intonation are established.
STAGE 2 PRACTICE
The practice stage involves speaking Chinese studied in the input stage in a controlled
manner guided by the trainer. The aim is for trainees to form correct sentences using the
target language. Trainers aim to get all the trainees practicing Chinese automatically with as
few mistakes and as little hesitation as possible.
STAGE 3 OUTPUT
When trainees have mastered Chinese, it is time to begin output to use it. The activities here
give the trainees more control over what they say and how they say it. Allow trainees to use
the language in a more creative way: combining new items with old, to talk about
themselves, act out situations, express opinions, solve problems and so on. The emphasis is
on using language meaningfully rather than simply practicing it.
