Dear Sir Jimmy and Sir Dodgie:

ALL document requested on your company should go to a strick evaluation from your team specially your QA
QC and safety.. The requirement from the above subject is not simple as the title imply.

The working plan submitted by your team for underground piping is POORLLY PLANNED ( see attached document)..
In the absence of your QC manager may I request the project manager to step up on this kind of issue..

For the resubmission of document we expect the following to be included:

1. List of materials to used ( should be available on site prior to start of work)

2. List of equipment to be used ( date of mobilization or availability on site)
3. Method of statement / safety plan for excavation ( this should be approved prior to excavation)
4. Working plan:
a. Underground routeway
b. Location of equipment for lifting
c. Location of pipe fabrication and welding (it is not possible to do pipe welding connection
on the excavation area).. It has to be done above ground until hydrotesting to ensure
quality of connection.. Rainy season and high water table on these area
5. List of manpower
6. Excavation until backfilling should be the shortest possible duration…
7. Schedule of work should be continuous , No Gap and synchronized..
