SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Shelly Lim, President of INTSIK FOOD CORPORATION, a corporation

incorporated under the laws of the Philippines, with its registered office at 5th Floor, Citibank
Tower, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City, by virtue of Board Resolution No. 1 dated January 2, 2008
has made, constituted and appointed, Joan To, treasurer of the Corporation, to be the true and
lawful Attorney-in-Fact and in its name, place and stead, to do, execute and perform the
following specific acts:

1. To obtain a loan of One Million (P 1,000,000) Pesos with Richard Bank and sign any
documents and contracts in connection with the loan
2. To purchase, using the money obtain from the abovementioned loan, the two (2) tikoy
and hopia maker 2008 series from Chi Ming Choi and to sign and execute any
documents and contracts in connection with the purchase;

As fully and effectively as corporation might do if personally present with full power of
substitution and revocation and hereby confirming all that said representative shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue hereof.

January 2008, at Makati City, Philippines.
