    Testing is currently done by developer, which is not enough; QA should also test in
    order to ensure that coding meets requirements of the project.
    Test driven development, Quality Assurance should be used so that it would help
    find bugs or problems in the software for increasing work efficiency and it would
    save time involved in debugging.

    2. Give your opinion about the strategy of organization required in future.

    • Need to focus on where our business is now, where we want to take it and
    how do we get there.
    • Use of new technology like Docker, CICD through which we will be able to
    experience new things.

    • To learn new languages, technologies and ideas like machine learning, AI.
    • To improve skills personal as well as technical.
