1. Give your feedback and comments regarding current operations.
 ● Before involving any developer in the project, it would be much better if developers are
provided complete in and out information of the project, a proper discussion is lacking at
our current operations.
● Proper project management tool unavailable.
● We are unable to adapt to technologies like docker, continuous integration and
continuous deployment, etc.

      2. Give your opinion about the strategy of organization required in future.

● It would be much better if there were team building sessions at least once or twice a
month.
● Stand up meeting twice or thrice a week.
● Before starting any project it would be much better if a complete system design and
database schema is created first to get better insights about the project.

      3. Write about your future goals and expected salary from this company.
To be a fullstack developer and DevOps Engineer. I expect my salary to be between 50000 - 60000.
