All activities on the critical path is crashed for 7 weeks.
Project Crashing is normally done during these conditions:
1. Time to market pressures
2. Unforeseen delays
3. Incentives for early completion
4. Imposed deadlines
5. Pressures to move resources elsewhere

In this case, we crashed the project from 26 weeks to 19 weeks. Also, cost is considered in
this case, we used more resources for the project so that the project could be completed
earlier than predicted. The overall cost of the project is also reduced from Rs.143800/- to
Rs.132200/- after crashing the project.
The company will be benefited in all perspectives, such as new project can be done.
