MOTION TO RESET SCHEDULED HEARING

The undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court respectfully


states that:

1. A hearing of the above-captioned case was scheduled by this


Honorable Court on February 26, 2020 at 8:30 in the morning.

2. However, the undersigned counsel cannot possibly attend the


scheduled hearing on the said date since she has to attend the
Legislative Session in her capacity as a Board Member on the said
date.

3. With due respect to this Honorable Court and without any intention to
further delay the proceedings of the aforementioned case,
undersigned counsel respectfully prays that the hearing scheduled on
February 26, 2020 at 8:30 in the morning be moved to February 25,
2020 at 10:00 in the morning.

4. This motion is not intended to delay the speedy disposition of the


above captioned case but solely for the reason above-stated.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the undersigned counsel respectfully


prays for the resetting of the hearing of the above-captioned case from
February 26, 2020 at 8:30 in the morning to February 25, 2020 at 10:00 in
the morning.
