Nonconformance Description :
The gasket face for nozzle N4 is found damaged after heat treatment. Site observation memo (SOM 14-001) was also
raised to notify production depatment for not protecting the gasket face while moving the heat exchanger from TSM
ARABIA site to SSP furnance.In order to avoid repetetion of this problem, CAR (TA-CA-007) is raised and production
dept. is required to prepare a preventive action plan to eliminate its re-occurance.
