1. For the preparation of incoming Trade Fair, the TVL teachers will continue preparing the assigned
tasks ready for the items to be displayed and be sold on July.

2. As regards to the Minutes of the Friday’s Meeting, the agreed schedule for the last canvassing will be
on March 9, 2018 at Agani Barangay Hall. The TVL group will cook “lagdit” for the snack. The Coronation
Night will be on March 14, 2018 at Agani Elementary School. The Program will start at 2:00 o’clock in the
afternoon. On the other hand, All SMEA must be submitted not later than next week. The deadline will
be on Wednesday. Also, The Principal formed a committee for all employees so that there will be an
equal distribution of tasks. The one who is responsible for preparing foods will be the TVL group, For the
sound system will take charge by Sir Mark and Sir Gilbert. For stage decoration will be Ma’am Dahlia, Sir
Edz and Sir Mark. The assigned group in making invitations, certificates and the like will be the Admin
supported by the Cashier and the Accountant for financial assistance and in partnership with Sir Cip to
do the purchasing of items. Concerning about the Commencement Exercises on April 03, 2018,the
School Principal asked the group about the dress code and finally, everyone agreed that the upper part
will be colored white Barong Tagalog ,both male and female employees with an inner part of moss
green. The female ones will be using black skirt.

3. Prior to the previous minutes of the said meeting which was presided by Sir Dante regarding the final
exam, Grades 10 and 12 will take the final test on the 12 th and 13th (half-day) of March. For Grades 7,8,9
and 11 will be on the 21 st and 22nd of March. As regards to the giving of grades in TVE subject, the ceiling
grade for the fourth grading is 96.
4. The Head of the TVE Department initially discussed the content of the MEA form so all teachers must
see to it if how many DLLs were already accomplished versus the targets. The KRAs must be supported
with MOVs.

5. Next agenda is the instructional supervision. The head will come during classes and the lesson plan
should be ready. He will be giving our own schedule but if he will not come, refer to the schedule posted
in his office, this supervision is done to see the situation and the result of the exam of the students.

To those who are in the field, supervision is done to see how fast the students to perform given tasks.
Students must also wear P.P.E.

6. There will be post-conference after the instruction.

7. Other agenda talk on how we shall meet to finalize the parts and programs of our Nutrition Month
Celebration because TVE Department were assigned to spearhead/lead the said activity. Sir Joe will be
the coordinator.

8. The meeting adjourned at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon
