Senior Consultant engineer Responsibilities;

Consultant engineer is responsible for manage project timelines and oversee all developments under
national specification and international codes. (Include but are not limited to)
- Approve and correct Calculation sheets and shop drawing.
- Approve working papers, contractor team, subcontractors and plan site safety.
- Approve material submittals and Approve Materials Inspection Request on at site.
- Approve Schedule time and Executive plan of electromechanical works
- Keep project records: Origin, Testing, Inspection, insurance certificates and Credit letter, Packing
list.
- Approve payment invoice according to monthly surveying sheets, material inspection request,
inspection request and testing certificate.
- Attend periodic meetings to discuss any problems and suggest technical solved.
- Prepare periodic reports to consult resident engineer.

MEP Construction Manager Responsibilities;

Executive director of Electromechanical work is responsible for planning, managing, and executing
the Electromechanical activities. And request consultant engineer to approve it meet the quality, cost
and schedule goals. This includes the coordination and solicitation of labor, subcontractors and
materials necessary, update programs and rehabilitation. And has the full on-site authority. Acts in
partnership with the construction team to solve any problems and attending all progress meetings.
And Carries out all project policies Provides weekly progress reports to project Executive Director.
