About The Laundry Group:

The Laundry Group was established in early 2007 to serve the ever-growing retail and corporate laundry and dry cleaning demand in Dubai,
United Arab Emirates. The Group began its operation with a single retail laundry shop located in Al Barsha near the famous Mall of Emirates.
As the area grew in popularity, so did we. Today, the Group consists of a number of retail laundry brands all across Dubai and an industrial
laundry that serves both retail customers and a wide range of institutional clients across a number of market sectors. TLG now has over 80
highly trained laundry professionals with in depth industry experience.

TLG is divided into two main operating departments: Retail and Corporate.

Retail:

Under this operating department, TLG owns and operates a number of retail laundry brands in different densely populated residential,
commercial and leisure areas of Dubai. These brands offer laundry and dry cleaning services to the majority of personal garments and other
household washable items. All processing of garments and other washable items are done at our state-of-the-art boutique industrial facility.

Corporate:

Under this operating department, TLG owns and operates a fully equipped state-of-the-art boutique industrial laundry with a 12-ton daily
handling capacity. Each component and department was carefully and meticulously fitted out to ensure linens and garments are treated with
the utmost care and attention. Being a boutique industrial laundry allows us to offer our corporate clients a more personalized touch with
greater focus and attention on all parts of an engagement.

Laundry Matic completed a 2 year fit-out in December 2011 and opened for commercial operation in January 2012. The fit-out was carried
out using a fail-safe Noah’s ark approach where backup systems would activate should core equipment fail or get damaged. All articles are
inspected pre and post processing to spot any imperfections or special requirements.

Dry Cleaning Laundry / Hand Washing Steam Pressing / Hand Pressing
Alterations / Stitching Spot & Stain Removal Leather / Suede Care
Curtain / Carpet Cleaning Furniture / Sofa Cleaning Work Wear / Uniforms

All our services are carried out at our state-of-the-art boutique Central Processing Unit (CPU) located in Dubai Investment Park which is
equipped with the latest eco-friendly laundry equipment from international leading manufacturers. We take pride in only using premium
laundry detergents and fabric care products that insure the best results for all your garments and household items.

Payment Terms
Laundry matic based on above rates will Received 45% Shares if provide Pick & Drop service and if the The Laundry LLC provide Pick & Drop
then 40% share only.
