Termination from all services of the company

The management of Graphic Associates International Limited (GAIL) is sorry to inform

you, Mr. Shofiqul Islam , Designation: QC Team Leader, son of Mr. Azimuddin and
Mrs.Anwara Begum , address:6/1,Tajmahal Raod, Block-C, Mohammadpur, Dhaka-
1207 , that a decision has been made on 25 th of January 2011 to terminate you from
all services of the company with effect from 26 th of January 2011 due to non
satisfactory performance in production inspite of having long service opportunities and
training.

As an effect of the termination you will be entitled to have four month’s salary as per
HRM Policy. If you get employed in any company, this four months clause will not be
effective from the date you join on your new job. Therefore you are adviced to inform
the GAIL office as soon as you get employed again.

You are requested to return all the documents such as the Company ID Card and
ALICO life insurance card and other office materials if any that is kept with you.

This letter is issued with prior approval of the competent authority.
