for CA Foundation
with ICAI

Step by Step procedure

Who is eligible to Any student who has appeared in 12th Examination or its equivalent
apply can apply and get provisional registration.

But he can give Foundation exams only after his 12th result is
uploaded on ICAI’s website
Last date to For November attempt – 30th June of that year
register For May attempt – 31st December of preceding year
Fees Rs. 9,200/-
(Additional Rs. 200 for subscription to Students Journal, optional)
Is the procedure Online procedure (but after registration, certain attested
online or offline documents need to be sent to ICAI regional office)
Document needed during online process

• Scanned copy of 10th Class Marksheet

• Scanned copy of 12th Class Marksheet (if already received) or 12th


Class Hall ticket

• Scanned copy of Photograph

• Scanned copy of signature

Note:- All documents in jpeg format or pdf format with size less than 1mb
What Steps to do after Payment
• Take 2 Print out of acknowledgement
• Take 2 Print out of all documents uploaded
• Sign all these documents
• Submit these documents to ICAI regional office. Take acknowledgment on 1 set of
documents
• Registration number received on Email after few days (keep checking)
• Link to purchase ICAI Study Material modules. Place order by entering your ICAI
registration number and DOB (no extra fees for this)
• Remember to attach 12th Class marksheet (if not done already)
