    Money is DUE at practice, Tuesday September 22nd:


    All pieces listed below will be ordered for you by Coach Smith unless you let her know otherwise.

    Balera Tan Jazz Shoes $20.00
    Balera Gold Sneakers $20.00
    Tan Tights $8.00
    Black Performing Pants $20.00
    Black Performing Shorts $12.00
    T-Shirt $20.00

    TOTAL $120.00

    **If you already own the team issued black jazz shoes, tan jazz shoes, gold sneakers, and/or
    black performing pants and they are in good condition, you can opt to not purchase another
    pair this year. Tights must be ordered each year for color match purposes. Please ensure that
    they are in GOOD condition, match what will be issued to the team this year and inform me
    that you will not be needing another pair.

    Please make checks payable to CHS Cadettes.

    Activity Participation Fee * $50.00


    (to be paid by the first performance to the school accountant)

    *Please DO NOT include this amount in your check for dance team expenses. Pay to the
    Capital High School Accountant separately.
