drink milk and wáter, they most eat some beans, rice eggs, chicken,
meat, bread and fruts they should not drink sodas and others

They must eat three completes times wich include:

¿How should enderly people eat like?

They should eat three times of food that includes, vegetables, milk,
requesón, tortilla in small portions, avoid to eat salt and sugar,
drink wáter between 6 to 8 glasses every day.
