    Subject:- Review of Terminal Incentive cum Engine On Load (TIEL)

    It has been decided by the Board (MT) that implementation of ‘TIELS’


    issued vide Freight Marketing Circulars No. 9 of 2006 dated 6.03.2006 and 16 of 2007
    dated 24.5.2007 would be kept on hold till further orders and no new agreements will be
    entered into.

    While pending ‘TIELS’, it may be noted that provisions in para 1 and 6 of


    the Freight Marketing Circular No. 9 of 2006 dated 6.03.2006 pertaining to limiting of free
    time for all future terminals shall continue to be applicable.
