You are yet to clarify on completing the restoration/rehabilitation works for the sub standard structure that you tried to pass on to me as quality work.

I am aware that you have spent INR eleven lakhs on the project and have taken more than INR twenty four lakhs from me.

I believe further work is possible only after you complete the restoration work to bring the structure to acceptable quality.

The NDT report from Stedrant technoclinic has detailed the specifications for the restoration/rehabilitation work.

Files attached for reference.

Your conduct is fraudulent in nature, causing severe financial loss to me, apart from mental agony, harassment and social issues.

bagh, Malkajgiri is under progress.

From the inspection & test carried out it is understood that the strength of concrete in the columns is not satisfactory for the specified grade i.e M-15 and

also the columns in the ground and first floor are theoretically inadequate for Stilt + three

Upper floors for Dead Load + Live load Combination only.

It is recommended to strengthen the columns and other distress observed in beams & slab

panels as per the restoration measures given below.

The above recommended restoration measures shall be carried out by the agency experienced in this field and under the supervision of experienced engineers.

RESTORATION MEASURES:

Based on the above inferences& physical observations, the following restoration measures are

recommended.

1. Encasement of Columns.

In view of poor Core test results and theoretical inadequacy in columns it is recommended to

strengthen all the columns in stilt & first floor from footing level in form of encasement with

M30 grade of concrete with reinforcement. The encasement details are provided in the sketches

STPL/NDT/RES/01.

2. Treatment for cracks in beams & slab panels:

In view of cracks in beams & slab panels it is recommended to fill the cracks with non-shrink

free flow grout. The details are provided in the sketches STPL/NDT/RES/02.

3. Treatment for Terrace slab:

If the exits first floor slab is maintained as a terrace till the second floor is constructed in future.

It is recommended to provide Maximum 40mm thick M20 grade Screed concrete on the terrace

with weld mesh. The details are provided in the sketches STPL/NDT/RES/03.

4. Strengthening of Footings:

Note: At the time of carrying out strengthening of columns, footings & the founding strata

shall be inspected and the recommendations shall be made accordingly.

CALCULATING CRIMINALS:

· Calculating criminals are predators.

· They tend to be repeat offenders, they have higher-than-average intelligence, and they’re relatively well educated.

· They usually begin their careers in crime later in life than other criminals.

· These predators are generally inclined to risk taking—no surprise there—and they lack feelings of anxiety and
empathy. “external locus of control”—that is they lacked inner direction, self-confidence, and self-esteem and were

Five elements of FRAUD are Arrogance, Competence, Opportunity, Rationalization, and Pressure.

Pressure
Pressure is what causes a person to commit fraud.
Often this need/problem is non-sharable in the eyes of the fraudster.
That is, the person believes, for whatever reason, that their problem must be solved in secret.
However, some frauds are committed simply out of greed alone.

Opportunity
Opportunity is the ability to commit fraud.
Because fraudsters don’t wish to be caught, they must also believe that their activities will not be detected.

Rationalization
Rationalization is a crucial component in most frauds.

Rationalization involves a person reconciling his/her behavior (stealing) with the commonly accepted
notions of decency and trust.

The person is unable to understand or does not care about the consequence of their actions or of accepted notions of
decency and trust.

· Don ’t take vacation or sick time or only take leave in small amounts.
· Often work excessive overtime
· Outwardly, appear to be very trustworthy.
