Avoid caffeinated / soda drinks
Use Urine monitoring for sign of dehydration & seek medic advice if sign of
dehydration appears
Electrolyte drinks to be available.
Keep the skin clean and dry. Wash regularly and dry completely (particularly
feet).
Wash clothes regularly in order to remove sweat and salt.
Wear light weight, loose clothing including underwear, they should be kept as
clean and dry as possible. Avoid tightly fitting clothes.
If persistent rashes occur in moist areas such as the groin, under arms or in the
feet, medical evaluation should be obtained.
Increase communication and Team work
Avoid heavy meals at lunch time
Maintain a well-balanced diet.
