 Use Urine monitoring for sign of dehydration & seek medic advice if sign of
dehydration appears
 Electrolyte drinks to be available.
 Keep the skin clean and dry. Wash regularly and dry completely (particularly
feet).
 Wash clothes regularly in order to remove sweat and salt.
 Wear light weight, loose clothing including underwear, they should be kept as
clean and dry as possible. Avoid tightly fitting clothes.
 If persistent rashes occur in moist areas such as the groin, under arms or in the
feet, medical evaluation should be obtained.
 Increase communication and Team work
 Avoid heavy meals at lunch time
 Maintain a well-balanced diet.
