AFFIDAVIT OF RATIFICATION

That I, KEITH DANIEL G. DIOCON, 18 years of age, Filipino citizen, single, No. 305 J.P.
Rizal St., Brgy. San Roque, Quezon City, Metro-Manila, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state, THAT:

1. I am the son of the late Kathy Gaspar Diocon who passed away on October 2, 2019, while
my father, Rodolfo M. Diocon, also deceased;

2. I was born on April 10, 2002, and I reached the age of 18 years last April 10, 2020;

3. At the time of my mother’s demise she is one of the legal heirs of his father, my
grandfather, Franklin P. Gaspar who died on August 24, 2006, and in my capacity as such, I
succeeded to my mother’s hereditary interest, by right of representation, in a real property
located in Quezon City, Metro-Manila and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 85322,
together with my co-heirs, namely, my elder sister, Krizel Gaspar, and my younger half-brother,
Michael G. Jocson;

4. On February 24, 2020, an instrument entitled “Extrajudicial Settlement of the Intestate

Estate of the late Franklin P. Gaspar With Absolute Sale” was executed by and among the heirs
of Franklin P. Gaspar, wherein I was a participant thru the representation of my sister, Krizel
Gaspar Diocon, being that I was still 17 years of age on said date, and in which instrument my
hereditary interest in the aforesaid real property (Transfer Certificate of Title No. 85322) became
subject of the sale;

5. Now that I am already 18 years of age, and duly emancipated in accordance with law, and
after having studied said instrument which was executed in my behalf, likewise with the aid of
proper professional guidance, I hereby affirm, validate and ratify the same;

6. I gave this ratification of the aforesaid instrument freely and voluntarily, not due to
mistake, fraud, force, intimidation, or undue influence being exerted on my person;

7. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements, and for
whatever legal intents and purposes this may serve.
