 Terms and Conditions:

1. The benefit is available only to the Primary/Basic Cardmember of American Express Platinum
Travel Credit Card.
2. Programme is open only for Cardmembers carrying a same day ticket for airline travel that
allows clearance through security for flight departure and access to the lounge.
3. Any dispute with regard to the services availed at the lounge shall be directly taken up with the
lounge authorities and American Express Banking Corp. shall have no liability whatsoever in
this regards.
4. Applicable Charges will be levied for Basic Cardmember and any additional guest, which would
be charged to the Basic Cardmember’s valid American Express Platinum Travel Credit Card
issued in India.
5. The programme can be modified, amended, changed or revoked anytime by American Express
without prior intimation
6. Charges need to be paid via American Express Card.
7. Respective lounges reserve the right to admission to the lounges and its premises and their
respective rules shall be applicable to Cardmembers/guests.
8. Lounges can modify their lounge services, operational hours, rates without any prior intimation.
All taxes are as on date and subject to modification without prior notice.
9. After 1 complimentary visits per quarter, the Cardmember needs to pay the defined discounted
rate for each access.
10. The complimentary visit will not be carried forward.
11. An authorisation for an amount (INR 2) plus applicable taxes will be charged on the Card for
validation purposes. Charges to be borne by the Cardmember
12. Platinum Travel customer’s will not get lounge access to American Express Proprietary Lounge
13. American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out
of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. American
Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of
the offer at any time without prior notice
14. Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms
and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer
15. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.
16. American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality
of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so
obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the
quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment
directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same
