Grape variety: 85% Chardonnay – 15% Viogner
Notes: Brilliant gold with straw yellow tints. Elegant aromas of tropical fruits, with peach
and white flowers and hints of vanilla. Fresh and mellow with a long persistent finish with
fruity notes.
Pairing: Seafood 7 fish; also complement sushi, white meats, blue cheeses & fruit desserts.

Pairing: Conundrum can be served with every course from appetizer to dessert, and

Notes: Vibrant deep garnet color. Enticing aromas of dark plums and cassis meld with those
of nutmeg, tobacco and sandalwood in a classically composed nose. The palate is rich and yet
quietly composed, with layers of flavor and tannin linked by fine acidity and the refined tannins.
