Rosa Regale: Castello Banfi, Italy


Grape Variety: 100% Brachetto d'Acqui
Note: A unique, red sparkling wine. Aromatic with a hint of rose petals and raspberries,
Rosa Regale is delightfully vivacious and festive. Sweet and appealing, this wine may be
enjoyed as a delicious aperitif, between-meal or after-dinner sparkler.
Pairing: Chocolates, hard cheeses, cured meats.

Martini & Rossi: Asti Spumante, Italy


Grape Variety: 100% Moscato Bianco
Note: A fruity sparkling wine grown in the heart of the prestigious Italian D.O.C.G. area.
From the aromatic and perfumed moscato grapes exalts this fresh and lively sweet
Floral favorite displaying hints of pear blossoms and ripe peaches. Refreshing and off-dry.

Grape Variety: 60% Pinot Noir - 40% Chardonnay
Note: BEAU's true, uninhibited flavors rise through floral and yeast notes on the nose that
give way to crisp fruit flavors of citrus and apple. Pinot Noir provides the firm body and
structure. Great balance between the fruit and acid keeps this zero dosage Champagne from
being overly dry
Pairing: With the low acidity level it goes well with all foods and desserts.

Krug: Brut Rosé, Champagne, France


Grape Variety: Pinot Noir – Chardonnay - Pinot Meunier
Note: Bright orange-pink. An explosively perfumed bouquet evokes red berries, Asian
spices and flowers, along with toasty lees, anise and vanilla. Intense raspberry and bitter

Schramsberg: “J. Schram,” North Coast, California


Grape Variety: 86% Chardonnay - 14% Pinot Noir
Note: J. Schram opens with bright aromas of green apple, ripe grapefruit and sweet
pineapple followed by exotic nuances of mango, guava, panna cotta, and toasted
almond. A long finish is driven by generous mouthwatering and lingering acidity.

S.A. Prüm: Kabinett, “Prüm Blue,” Mosel, Germany


Grape variety: 100% Riesling
Note: Delicate fragrance recalling ripe apricot and citrus fruit. Elegantly structured,
with pronounced mineral character imparted by the slate-rich soil in which the grapes
are grown.
Pairing: A delicious match with chicken, seafood and Asian cuisine

S. A. Prüm: Spätlese, “Graacher Himmelreich”, Mosel, Germany


Grape variety: 100% Riesling
Note: Delicate aromas of rose petals and citrus fruit. Full-bodied, with flavors of pear and

displays character and finesse.
Pairing: This compliments various foods; cheeses, prosciuttos, calamari, poultry, etc.

Attems: Venezia Giulia, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy


Grape variety: 100% Pinot Grigio
Note: Lightly floral apple and peach aromas. Just a hint of sweetness, but still dry and steely
with a good bit of freshness and even some citrus showing through. Great complex wine.
Pairing: Best with poultry and pastas complimented with a citrus beurre blanc.

Danzante: Venezie, Italy


Grape variety: 100% Pinot Grigio
Note: Appealing notes of crisp apple and pear that segue into a lovely, delicate florality.
The aromatic fruitiness continues onto a generous, full-bodied palate that is wonderfully fresh
and lively.
Pairing: Fresh seafood, white meat, creamed sauced pastas and grilled vegetables.

Santa Margherita: Valdadige, Italy


Grape variety: 100% Pinot Grigio
Note: This dry white wine has a straw yellow color. Its clean, intense aroma and bone-dry
taste (with an appealing flavor of Golden Delicious apples) make this Pinot Grigio a wine of
great personality and versatility.

melon and passion fruit. The wine has an expressive, fruit-forward character and a rich
mouthfeel that will enhance with age.
Pairing: Scallops or seafood with a citrus based sauce, complement the wine's fruit complex.

Château Carbonnieux: Blanc, Pessac - Lêognan, France


Grape variety: 70% Sauvignon - 30% Sémillon.
Note: A very distinctive nose, marked by citrus fruit, with subtle floral touches. .A very pleasant
initial taste, with fine backbone and excellent balance. The outstanding ripeness of the
Sémillon offers a full-bodied finish, with great length.
Pairing: Japanese cuisine, maki, sushi and sashimi.

Barons de Rothschild – Lafite: Bordeaux, “Réserve Spéciale”, France


Grape variety: 60 % Semillon - 40% Sauvignon Blanc
Note: Bright straw color with glints of gold. Intense and elegant, combining aromas of citrus
(lime, grapefruit) and exotic fruits (passion fruit) with mineral notes. Very pleasing, lively, fresh
finish with intense fruity aromas.
Pairing: Aged cheeses, or a French dip sandwich.

Remy Pannier: Vouvray, Loire, France


Grape variety: 100% Chenin Blanc
Notes: Richly fragrant with hints of ripe pear, honey and brioche. Harmonious and delicately
sweet, with flavors of green apple underscored by honey nuances. Round and refreshing, with
lime, almond and hints of spice on the finish.
Pairing: Delicious with roasted nuts, foie gras, fish dishes, honey glazed ham.

Honig: Napa Valley, California


Grape variety: 93% Sauvignon Blanc – 6% Sémillon – 1% Muscat
Note: Crisp and fresh created in the classic Honig style. Peach, lemon grass, hints of

Notes: Bottled after three to four years, Six Grapes is still youthful and vibrant. It has
seductive and rich aromas of ripe plums and cherries. On the palate it is surprisingly
complex, with an excellent structure and a long lingering finish.
Pairing: After dinner aperitif and an array of cheeses.

Dow's: Vintage Port, Porto, Douro, Portugal


Grapes: Touriga Franca - Touriga Nacional
Notes: Port still had an amazing ruby color with a garnet edge and it smelled of raisins,
black pepper and berries. It was full-bodied, with masses of fruit intertwined with layers
of velvety tannins.
Pairing: Combines well with chocolate desserts, strawberries or berries and fruit pies.

Sandeman: Ruby Port, Porto, “Original Rich"


Grapes: Touriga Franca - Touriga Nacional - Tinta Roriz
Notes: Sandeman Ruby Porto is still made traditionally, to be rich and robust, yet with a
special depth of flavor and the finesse. Brilliant red ruby in color with clean aromas of red
fruits, plums and strawberries and has full rich flavors and is very well balanced.
Pairing: Traditionally matched with full flavored and creamy cheeses.
