“A RESOLUTION SIGNIFYING FOR RENEWAL OF ACCREDITATION FOR
THE PURPOSE OF REPRESENTATION IN THE LOCAL SPECIAL BODY”

WHEREAS, the Office of the Sanguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Arakan

released a Notice of Call to all Civil Society Organizations (CSO) including NGO,
People’s Organizations, Civic Organizations, Coop, Social Movement,
Professional Group and Business Groups;

WHEREAS, ASFAI is one of the organizations invited to file an application for

accreditation with the Sanguniang Bayan of Arakan;

WHEREAS, ASFAI members acknowledges the importance of the renewal of the

accreditation;

NOW THEREFORE, in mass motion of the members of ASFAI, be it;

RESOLVED as it is HEREBY RESOLVED that the resolution signifying for

renewal of accreditation be approved;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all

concerned offices and individuals for their information and appropriate action;

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
